How to register to 
get swabbed:

  1. Visit the main website via Julian's referral link here

  2. Scroll down to“Join the stem cell registry”

  3. Click “Start questionnaire”

  4. Read the next page then click “Yes, I understand” then  “Accept and register”

  5. Complete all 10 questions on the next page, click “Advance to Registration”

  6. Follow instructions to “Create an account” or “Sign in” if you already have an account

  7. If creating a new account, check email to validate the account and complete registration by repeating the 10 questions

  8. Once registered, you will receive a swab kit mailed to you in about 10 business days
